How to use:

-Thoroughly wash your feet (soaking in hot water will enhance the essence's absorption). 

For people with extremely rough cuticles, you may also exfoliate your feet prior using the masks.

- Dry your feet.

-Remove the masks from the pouch and wear them as if you are wearing your socks.

-It is recommended to wear a pair of normal socks outside of the masks, this will ensure that the masks stay in place and facilitate your movement.

-Wear the masks for 1-2 hours (minimum 30 minutes for sensitive skin). You may experience tingling or warming sensation, this indicates that the masks are working. Stop sing if you experience uncomfortable burning sensation.   


-Remove the mask and rinse your feet with water.

-Wait for the peeling process to start. Depending on feet's condition, the entire process may take 7-15 days, or longer depending on the absorption of each person (I only started peeling after 10 days).

Note: It is normal that some people may experience excessive peeling whereas others may experience very little peeling after the first pair. You may restart the process after 20-30 days (when the peeling has stopped) to achieve the desired effect.

- When you see that your feet has started peeling, soaking in warm water every night is highly recommended (adding some vinegar is good too). You may use a feet exfoliating tool to help to you remove the dead skin (be gentle). Try not to apply lotion/moisturizer because you want your dead skin to peel off.

For best results: if you don't see peeling within 7 days, you may use another mask to enhance absorption and expedite peeling. This is not recommended if you have newly peeled skin or wounds/cuts.

-Do not use the masks if you have active cut or wounds. The masks may cause irritation.

-After using the masks, prevent excessive walking, high heels, and/or excess gym.

What to expect:

 

-After removing the masks and the next day, you feet become white and wrinkled, you may 

not feel your feet well (your feet may become a bit numb).

 

-The following days, you feet may become very dry. People who respond fast will see their 

feet peeling, other may see their skin cracking, some may not see these reactions.


-Depending on how you react to the masks, you may need 2-3 pairs to achieve the desired results.

Shipping to Military APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority. The package cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the order delivery time. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 60 days.

Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card automatically if a shipping carrier other than USPS is selected at checkout.

International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the order weight and distance from our Jersey City, New Jersey location.

Order Tracking
When shipping with FedEx or USPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress at FedEx.com, Ups.com or USPS.com, as applicable to your delivery method.

Products Damaged or Shipped in Error
Although deliveries are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit and mistakes are sometimes made. Please see our Return Policy.

Wrong Shipping Information
MyCareKits delivers to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order. MyCareKits is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. A minimum $15 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. If your package has already been delivered, there will be additional charges for package pick-up and re-delivery. Additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete (with the exception of zip code which we can determine) or the wrong shipping sector was entered at the time of order. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.

Ordering
All credit cards are charged at the time of checkout to help prevent fraudulent orders. Under no circumstances are you allowed to make a purchase with someone else's credit card, even with the card holder's consent. If you are a first time customer and making a purchase with a shipping address that differs from the billing address, we reserve the right to require you to sign a purchase agreement to authorize the order.

Order Processing
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders may take from 1 to 5 days to process excluding weekends. So we can insure the correct items are shipped and that the order will be packed in a way. So that the chances of the items being damaged are minimized. Orders received on weekends and holidays will started to be processed starting the next business week.

If for any reason, due to extenuating circumstances, your order does not ship within three to four business days, customer service will contact you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.

Address Change and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please send an email to support@mycarekits.com immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.

Terms of Acceptance of Goods
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Upon delivery, recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received by 5:00 p.m. EST on the third (3rd) day after delivery of the items, recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights there to. In case of charge backs or a refund by the buyer, recipient agrees to return the items received in their original state and packaging to us. In the event that this cannot be done, recipient will pay for the damaged merchandise in full. Recipient will pay in US dollars unless otherwise specified on the delivery receipt. A penalty of 10% per month will apply on unpaid/unreturned merchandise and overdue accounts, plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees.

PayPal Orders
Orders paid with PayPal will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to MyCareKits account. All refunds will be returned to your PayPal account. Shipping address information must be updated through PayPal. If you use PayPal at checkout, the address listed with PayPal is the destination for your order. MyCareKits cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided to us.
Returns Policy

We carefully package our shipments and inspect each order before it leaves our building. In the event that you do need to return an item, we strive to make returns as simple and painless as possible. The process for returning an item varies depending on the reason for return:

Received the Wrong Item
We guarantee the accuracy of our deliveries. If you've received an item other than what you've ordered, we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost.

The steps to process a return are:

Contact us at support@mycarekits.com within 3 days of received delivery and request a Return Authorization. Please provide your name, address and order number.
We will respond and provide you a Pre-Authorized Shipping Label that can be used to return the merchandise.
We will then arrange the shipment of the new item.

Item Was Damaged
Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our location. Although MyCareKits products are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit.

If you've received a damaged item, please contact support@mycarekits.com within 3 days of received delivery. Be sure to save all contents, including packaging, for FedEx or UPS to investigate. MyCareKits will then submit a claim to the carrier for their investigation. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as the claim process is resolved. The investigation may take up to two business weeks to complete.

Other Reason
We will accept returns as long as the merchandise is in sellable condition and is in the original manufacturer packaging.

The steps to process a return are:
